Looking for reviews on the Garmin 645 Music (and apps that people use with it) or people who have the Fenix 5s Plus?
Thanks!

Garmin just rolled out Spotify support for the Fenix 5s, but they haven't announced when (if?) Spotify will be supported on the 645. If that's relevant to you.
I have one of the older Fenix watches. My impression is that the Fenix series is way overkill for running. If you plan to use it as an all-purpose adventure watch (hiking, backpacking, mountaineering, etc.) then it's probably more worthwhile.
I usually skim Ray Maker (DC Rainmaker)'s reviews before buying a new watch. He is incredibly geeky and detail oriented about this subject.
Thanks for the reply. Apps like Deezer are supported by the 645. Have you used any of these before?

Nope.
I bought the 645 this summer, and find it to be a great watch.
Music: I have Platronics Backbeat Fit headphones. They work exceptionally well with the watch as long as I wear the watch on my right arm. Never cuts out with that arrangement. So far I’ve just been listening to my iTunes catalog - easy to transfer music. Waiting and hoping for Spotify.
As a running watch it does everything I’d want it to and more.
I have the Vivoactive 3 Music, and I can't imagine what more you would need, but....I use IHeartRadio, and you have to pay to download the music to the watch, which is worth it to me. I hate carrying my bulky phone on my runs, and I live in a rural area, so I also use it on my long drive to work everyday. Downloading music to the watch itself is a bit cumbersome, so if you are expecting to be constantly changing out music, forget it, but you can develop a few playlists of a few hours each. I am happy with it, but if you like to change out music often, it doesn't seem good. I like the same general couple hundred songs, and love it.
5 plus. Never was a music while running guy before but the music function works surprisingly well - I transfer songs I’ve bought and don’t do a service. File transfer is easy. I was having intermittent bugs w playback stalling but hasn’t happened since latest firmware update.
As for this issue, you could find an alternative way to make it. Here I would like to share a tool with you. It is DRmare Audio Recorder Software, which can grab and download music from many sources on your computer and then you can stream the music to any devices for offline playback with ease. Hope this tool will meet your needs.
And music has one feature: it is able to unite and make huge human masses experience the same and very strong emotions.
