Diarrhea whenever I run hard. Is this a sign of a medical condition or just that my diet needs adjustments?

Do a coffee enema before hard runs.
I had the same problem until I figured out it was the raisin bran in my diet causing problems, even on days when I hadn't eaten any.
Now I'm mostly okay unless I haven't had a bowel movement since my last large meal. I've learned to stay close to home if that's the case.
I do my morning workouts in a fasting state and take Imodium before races now. It's been incredibly good to be able to train and run normally again.
when I ran with ITB, I’d take 4 Advil’s at a time and also chug a rockstar or two cups of coffee.
I’d have diahhrhea every time, and subsequently, my mileage would be 70 mpw.
That’s the trade off for high mileage.
It also happened that I talked to my RA with poop in my split shorts and she could smell it since it was very wet and volatile. She is a Biochem major and currently going for her PhD.
That’s the price you pay to be lean and have high mileage.
I am so thankful my split shorts have an underwear net for my junk. Otherwise the poopies would have run down my leg.
Is this what having a period feels like? Having uncontrollable blood waterfall down your leg? ? ?

I had this. Tried everything, but still got stomach cramps and the sh!!!ts on long/hard runs. After decades, I finally pinned it down to a milk intolerance. It was actually probably the last thing I would have thought of, because it didn't hit until around six hours after I'd consumed any. I'd ruled out lactose intolerance with Lactose free milk, lactase tablets etc.
Anyway after cutting out all dairy, I literally get no problems whatsoever, not even so much as a stomach rumble. Seems like it's the actual milk protein, which means I could probably consume butter which is virtually 100% fat, but I am so pleased to be over the problem that I just rule out all dairy entirely to be on the safe side. I read the labels on everything I eat and if it's got "MILK" written on it I pass.
I've found almond milk is a pretty good substitute for cereals etc as it's quite creamy with a nice subtle flavor.
You're in peak condition bro. Back in the day I took 4 poops a run.
