Cool, I used to watch the youtube video of your 2013 IHSA 3200m race against Jack Keelan all the time. I was an Illinois runner a year younger than you (not a very good one) and I thought that was one of the best races I'd ever seen at the state level. What were some of your workouts you regularly did in high school/college?
