It's possible to be the greatest math genius of all time, but speaking every language is about a thousand times more than a human being is capable of. There are 6,500 languages and assuming 2,000 words each results in 13,000,000 words. With a brain like that you you could make billions.

I remember watching that doc years ago and then trying it myself that evening. It took me about an hour to break down the formula and after one evening of practice, I could spit out the day that any date fell on within 20 seconds. If I or anyone else with a ok understanding of maths put in the years of practice that he did, we would be able to do it almost instantaneously do that calculation too. It's not genius to be able to do that, genius is doing something that is incomprehensible to almost everyone. He is basically reciting a calculation that is 1000's of years old and was created to make the calendar.
I can't remember entirely how I done that calculation off the top of my head but I think I started by choosing the closest leap year and finding out the pattern of every how many years the calander overlaps on a given day and worked back. It's really very simple maths.
