Had a bad case of tendonitis in my ankle and went to a trampoline park and did some jumping on it and without impact it went away..Probably coincidence but since jumping rope helps strengthen your feet and ankles I was thinking a mini trampoline might do the same without the impact.
Anyone ever use one? Not running related but a few athletes in other sports seem to have taken it up in some capacity.
Not thinking of this to help my running directly just to help strengthen the feet/ankles with no impact.
Serious...Anyone do exercises on a trampoline?

Maybe not totally unrelated, but if you also enjoy baseball, check out the Effectively Wild podcasts for the past 2 years or so; pro baseball players on trampolines has become a bit of a meme for them...in not a good way. You've heard of Murphy's law? Well, Murphy invented trampolines.

Many years ago I used to do some training in a garage on a mini trampoline, mainly when there was too much ice/snow to train effectively outside.
I'm not sure anyone can advise you but maybe just try it and see - if it's not hurting your ankle maybe it's worth a shot.
For me I found it similar to other cross training but not as good as running. You can definitely get a good aerobic workout in and it is strengthening also, but in a different way to running. -
In that case, I think you really should buy a trampoline. This is the best option for this purpose. I bought my trampoline on this site here https://trampolines.guide/. I think this may be a good option for you. There are so many different trampolines on this site, so try to order from here. And good luck

I can't run anymore and am thinking to get a mini trampoline for exercise.
I'd probably prefer one with bungees.
What's the best one to get for a reasonable price? -
How about something like this?
We have a high end model at my gym, good for alternating one foot hops. There are also a few different kinds of wobble boards. I'd rather do that stuff than a trampoline.

The fact is that regular exercises on the trampoline contribute to the active removal of toxins and toxins from the body. Therefore it is very good for health

If so, post video.

Thanks for the feedback.
I've been checking them out for a few days but the only ones I've found are either not very good or else way too expensive.
Helpful recommendations would be much appreciated. -

Golds gym one at Walmart it adjusts for medicine ball workouts too -
The best one I've found for the price is the Leapsandrebounds for $210.
Apparently it is comparable to the Bellcon, which costs 600 to 1000 bucks - good grief.
My main qualm about the Leaps is that the legs slant slightly inward which, according to Amazon reviews, can cause them to break off the frame.
Any comments about these or any others are much appreciated. -

Dude, I learned how to do somersaults on a trampoline just a week ago. Previously, it seemed to me that it was very easy, but in practice it turned out that it was a rather complicated process. I always had a dream. Since childhood, I dreamed of my own country house and a big trampoline. Two months ago, I finished building my summer house and started looking for trampolines for purchase. As a result, I chose the most expensive and largest trampoline that was on sale and it cost about 1,500 bucks. The problem was that it took me about 3 days to assemble it. I could not assemble it for a very long time and decided to find a way for easy assembly on the Internet. After long surfing the Internet, I came across https://bestvaluetrampoline.com/blog/how-to-assemble-a-trampoline/ and there was a detailed video instruction that helped me assemble this damn trampoline in 4 hours. It was difficult, but I did it. And my first trampoline stunt was a somersault forward. Now I want to learn how to do backflips)) -
I think it could work. When I was in 4th grade my parents bought a large trampoline.
This was the late 1980s. I think I spent 4-5 years jumping on it. We used it for practicing snowboard tricks and just messing around. I was a decent high-school runner on very low mileage. I ran 4:20 in the mile off of 20-25 miles per week.
I always wondered if the hours on the trampoline helped? -
Way, way back in the day I remember reading a “faces in the crowd” paragraph about a long jumper named Don Robinson who trained by jumping on a trampoline for 30-45 min. per day, and won a national indoor title.

If you have a fitness trampoline, do exercises on the trampoline is a very good way to health. It's fun also. If you love yoga, then do some trampoline yoga. Get some videos for reference.

Which one was it @iplaytx ? Trampolines usually take 2-3 hours max, even the biggest one. Also, which brand did you get? For that price I assume it is jumpsport or acon?

This place has some pretty solid information in my opinion - https://toptrampoline.net/fitness-trampolines-for-exercising/ -
Yes, many people including me are using trampolines for exercise. They are good for an easy and light workout at home.
