I love pretend "moderates" who quote right wing talking points. If that is all you can conclude, you have a very limited intellect.
This false narrative about "no evidence". Dr. Ford WAS the evidence and I choose to believe her. Kavanaugh did not present a SINGLE fact which which completely exhornorated him. The best he could do is present a bunch of people who don't remember. Maybe that is good enough for you, it certainly was good enough for the GOP but for a lifetime appointment-nah.
Especially when you couple it with Kav's
- lying,
-crocodile tears
- trading in conspiracy theories,
-uncontrolled rage
- his behavior under Ken Starr (i.e. illegally leaking to the press which is only offensive if the Dems reportedly do it).
-the hiding of his documents
-his mysterious credit card payoff
No one was advocating Kav being escorted off to jail..but simply he wasn't going to be on SCOTUS. He would still remain an appeals court judge.
and I would remind the sanctimonious conservative that your rage has a body count...Charlottesville, Shooting up newpapers for starters
