Starting week 11 I upped my w/o schedule from 4/5 days to 6 days of running. I also added in a 10-minute tempo, cut out my bicycle commute (normally around 4 hours per week), and slowed my easy runs down to the very end of my Vdot scale. As a result I felt the freshest I have, even with the increase in mileage. I also experienced some massive efficiency changes in week 12. Starting to feel (faintly) like a runner again.
