I think you metioned it but what's the next race you are running?

Next race is the Kyoto Half this sunday. I am not really planning to run it as a full-out race, more as a tempo run. I have about 40km of easy running on my schedule for the previous day.
I seem to train the best when I have only one real race on the calendar.....and yes that race is a spring marathon.
I'd like to keep my spring marathon private for now....no, it's not Hamburg.
I'll announce it as the date approaches. I was able to set up a really good deal for me and a bunch of friends. There are several people on the board who do know, and if they let the cat outta the bag I have to kill them.

I feel just like a gov't run news organization... well informed, but fearful to speak the truth. I feel so oppressed.
I think I'll defect to the USA... D'oh! Too late.
hey, if YEOMAN knows, EVERYONE must already know...(j/k)
yeomantor I will let you know via email at once since you have contributed to the Lao program....
BTW, Y'all check out my new website at
It is still early in the development process, but the intro page will give you an idea of the direction we're going.
Nice layout, Jason. You would never guess by looking at your site that you really like to hang out in meadows wearing a sun dress while creating water color paitings of wild flowers. Or was that jasonlover that does that... I get so confused.
Seriously, I'm glad you're putting something together. I think all sub-2:25 guys (and all comprable male/female runners of all distances) should have a site that AT LEAST lists their upcoming schedule, race history/results, and post-race commentary. A few choice words of wisdom and other add-ons are cool, but I'd like to see just the basics.
If everyone did that, then knuckle heads like me wouldn't have to ask a bunch of nameless posters about the current happenings of others. AND if we knew your race sked, people might know to look for you so they can say hi.
By the way, I'm thinking of changing my name to "Thread Poison" since my posts have a tendency to kill threads.
Does the site look wicked so far??
Yeah everyone check back to see it when it's farther along. It's gonna be kick-ass!!

Hey, some there is something I didn't even think to include: Post-race comentary, GREAT IDEA.
Got anymore ideas Yeo?
Um, I like those GIF images of the smiley faces that have different goofy expressions... put those EVERYWHERE! Oh, and you need one of those WAY COOL mailbox GIF images that you click so people can send mail. Then add some pictures dragons and aliens...
That's about all I can think of.
GREAT STUFF. I'll put that on my list with the cute puppy dog animation, "welcome to my lil' corner of the web" clipart and of course the big picture of Jason's FAVORITE mascot: SPIKE.
This is going to be one wick-ed site.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
