Last week nobody contributed so hopefully this week somebody will. Everybody in case you didn't know I live far away from you so I may be posting at weird times like your 2 am but I am a HSer. (Now it's 5:43 pm for me) So my training went like this:
M: off
T: about 4 or 6 30 metre sprints 400 jog about 4 50 meter sprints 400 jog about 2 60 meter sprints then some runs and core exercises ( Superman, catapilla pushups and that type of stuff)
w: off
T: off
F: my 1500 State race at Sydney Olympic Park! I came 15th and ran only 1 second slower than my PR!
S: Another Little A's meet. It was very cold so didn't get a very good time in the 8 but still won. 800 meters in 2:46 ( one of my best 4.8 k starting times) and did Athletic stuff
S: off. Wanted to go for a run but mum said to let my body fully recover from my little cold I had.
I was sick but ran well for State and the cold didn't bother me. I felt worse on Tuesday and the weekend. (not last weekend the one before) My mum wants to make sure I fully recovered before training a lot again.
