Kentucky FTW they have been preforming really all season plus they have the top two finishers from Class 3A state last year as freshmen now.

really well season. They have been preforming well
This is the cross country equivalent to saying "texas football is back" except Mizzou was never good

I'm changing my vote from Bama to NAU. I think they'll find a way to pull it off.
I'm with this guy, I think it'll be a close battle between Mizzou and NAU
Didn't their guys team just lose to a D3 team over the weekend? And didn't they lose to OU at their home meet a couple weeks ago?... yeah great season they are having !!!
Men:
Arkansas
Ole Miss
Alabama
Women:
Arkansas
Ole Miss
UGA
Who cares beyond that?

North Central won, UK was second. North Central could beat a lot of D1 teams.

Yeah sure North Central can beat a lot of D1 teams, but can they beat any good ones? For North Central to be beating some average D1 teams is extremely impressive, but for these D1 teams to not be beating them is just flat out embarrassing. I don't see why UK would be all too happy about their performance at GLC besides getting some flashy PRs on a fast short race track. Also for the record I am talking about the Men.
Tennessee will take 2nd to Arkansas in the men’s race. Alabama drops to 4th, possibly 5th place.
Bump
Why are the Alabama women so bad this year?
Can you tell me a time when Alabama’s women were relevant at a championship xc meet?
Mizzou was pretty good for a short amount of time but its been so long now that few really remember it. 2000 was a long time ago since the last Nationals appearance, that streak just gets more pathetic by the year and makes alumnus not real proud to talk about the program. Ranked 12th in the region right now, gonna take a monster miracle to qualify this year!!!

With a homegrown roster.
Arkansas
Tennessee
Ole Miss
Kentucky
Texas A&M
Mizzou
Vanderbilt
Georgia
Alabama
Florida
LSU
Auburn
So the Kenyan team out of Alabama won’t win nationals this year?
Looks like Bama is only racing one of their Kenyans, so that prediction might actually be pretty close. I have Ole Miss in 2nd and Vanderbilt a lot lower than 7. Other than that, looks pretty close to accurate.
We do what we have to do.
