Looking at the Runner's World article, I find it funny that the write up is about being "strong not skinny" and other such nonsense, immediately followed by clickbait about mom's losing 60 pounds after starting running.
Running isn't about how much you weigh, Instagram modeling/influencing, inspiring people, charities. If you race competitively it is most certainly about how fast you run. If you run because you enjoy it, it makes you feel good, or just to stay in shape do it for those reasons.
It seems that the RW crowd continuously bring up the weight thing, then complain about it being brought up so much -- all while making running some sort of advertisement/fashion show/public display, when in reality people should keep it to themselves.
