Pleasantly surprised by the 800s on this workout, wasn't sure I'd be able to hit those paces and make it through the whole workout. It was a warmer morning for here in Seattle so I was downing water every other set. Happy with how it went.

-Splits: 4:44,4:47,5:11,5:11,4:59. Race started out great, was running fast and going for a new PR for road 8K. I didn't realize the course rejoined the 5K at 2.5 miles and they didn't have a separate lane for the 8k so I ran into a wall of selfie taking joggers at the midway point basically my race became a tempo after that. Had to dodge and weave between so many runners. Solid effort, but not what I was hoping. Course measured a little over 5 miles, but that's probably because I wasn't able to run anywhere near the tangents as I had to go around so many people.

Week Total: 95 Miles
Happy with another week at 90+. Training is coming along nicely in the new city. I've made some new running friends that have made training more enjoyable and not so lonely.
