Su - 2.25 up, 4 x 1 mile (5:37-5:38 average) w/1:10 average rest; 14 easy for 20.25 total
67 running miles + 11 miles time equivalent on elliptical.
Because of the 8 day "week" I am using, today was my only hard day for the calendar week. It was rough. My last workout for cruise miles was at 5:30 pace and 5:38 was a struggle this morning. I was also supposed to do 3-4 x 1 mile at the 14-16 mile mark or so, but I decided to forego that.
When I got up at 6:00, it was already 80 degrees with a 78 dew point. Finished up in 86/80. So I knew it was a matter of getting in the effort on the early cruise intervals and gen holding on for dear life.
Traded some of my running miles from last week for some elliptical time in an effort to be prudent.
3 straight weeks with a run of 20+ miles, 6 days his week of aerobic efforts of 70+ minutes, and three weeks of 70, 77, 77 runningmile equivalents.
Not a perfect scenario, but still generally moving in the right direction.
