i try to meditate every day for the last month, it seems to help.. now things don't bother me as much. like in the past if something happened during the day like someone throws a half eaten mcdouble at me while I'm runnin and calls me a douche or I made a idiot of myself at a job interview I would let it ruin my whole MONTH probably, laying in bed moping like a sad victim. but now that I've started doing mindful meditation I seem to get over things like that pretty quickly.
