I found that when I was in Europe, that they do not worry about this stuff like we do. A large portion of them drink a few beers daily and no one judges. I have been running for over 35 years, and was competitive for about 19 of them. I drank a few beers here and there. I am not one who desires a beer after running. I like a beer with a meal or shortly after. But, unlike some of my running buddies, I only drink one maybe two after a hard run or workout. I get tired now that I'm older. And, also, due to my age being over 50, I feel two beers the next day.
Bottom line; don't sweat it. If you are someone with a problem, you would not be sharing, you would be hiding your pattern, and be in denial.
Enjoy yourself, and quit worrying. Someday you'll look back and wonder why you got worked up.
