Do people have problems carrying water, keys, money (and phones) on runs? Would a product that is built for runners to carry all of these in one light, comfortable place be useful?

I only carry keys with me during my runs. Very few times I carry a phone or money.
Usually I pick the appropriate attire if I need to carry items and sometimes get creative...
If I need to only carry keys, I only carry the key or keys that will allow me to get to the rest of my stuff (or keys). Usually any idea imaginable will work. If I wear shorts that have the built in key pocket, I use that. If not, I take a shoelace out from the eyelet, slip the key onto the shoelace, then route it back through the eyelet, then use my tucked-in race knot. Never had an issue, even if my laces came untied.
If I need to carry keys, and cell phone, and possibly money, then I will wear one of my pairs of tights or capris that have pockets.
During the cooler months it's a lot easier because I'm wearing a running jacket that has a pocket or two in it. But it can be annoying if it moves around while running.
I never wear baggy pants running... can't stand it. It has to be either running shorts, or tights, short/capri/full length, anything else is just in the way and annoying.
One of my running friend's who is a women clips her phone under her sports bra strap kind of tucked inside. Luckily it's one of those Samsung's that is water resistant.
No.
Things like FlipBelts and SPI Belts exist already for those who need or like to carry small items on runs. They work great for that purpose. I don't think there's a need to reinvent the wheel, if that's what you're implying.
so. a fanny pack?
but really this already exists and unless you have a unique idea at accomplishing this it wont work. normally I just have my keys and will tuck it into my shorts pocket and be fine.
