in a way I was joking about Emma, although give her credit for having a goal of 4:08 for the 1500 sometime next year - so for that I tip my cap - she's just using Peachtree as a stepping stone this year which is cool, so best of luck to her - Trahan on the other hand don't think you'll see him ever race again, looks like he's happy doing pop culture videos. But good luck to him also. I did buy a Neptune bottle to support him while he was competing as a runner, but don't think I'll buy anything else from him. I'm not mad at him, just lost interest in what he was doing. I almost lost interest in what Emma was doing, but since she's serious about running again, I'm rooting for her although the excuses she gives can be a little annoying. Her sister quit Triathlon to focus on running so maybe the 2 can push each other and make something happen!

She could’ve been referring to quickly after child birth and still under repair, just activating the trunk for hubby, thus painful if she didn’t breathe properly and relax.
The fact that you felt the need to clarify that implies you think there was another interpretation. What other interpretation could there be, though? I doubt anybody thought he meant sex that involved newborns. I can't think of any other possible meaning. -

Running in the Georgia heat is not for the faint hearted. Best to run it on "Pure Hate" while thinking of Sherman's March. Will the South rise again? Will Gwen run a fall marathon? Will Emma break 38:00? Will Sara win after winning down under? Will Ryan stop lifting and get back into Kenyan running shape? If the heats too hot, and the air is too humid, ask Jim Walmsley for advice on running away from past defeats. My feet are tired of running in the Mexican sand, back to SoCal for a firecracker run.

Any updates on Leonard Korir? Haven't heard anything about him since the DNF at the IAAF half marathon championship. Is he injured? Or, building a base to run a 2:06 at Chicago?
Returning from injury. -
Jorgensen needs 2 levels of improvement to be "convincing".

Chris Derrick should beat all of the women.

Has Emma Abrahamson turned pro?

Who has a better record against women? Chris Derrick vs Clayton Murphy vs Mayweather vs Chris Brown vs Ray Rice? -

But Jared Ward might not. Does he have to pay his own way to ATL? -
Leonard has been in military training since May.

Will be delighted to see Ward crash and burn. Terrible human being.

on one of Emma's videos she says she's gone pro but still works for some track and field management company in Atlanta - she was given tons of running gear to represent the Atlanta track club - she "graduated" from Atlanta Track Club regular Jane to Atlanta Track Club elite. She says she's racing Peachtree. Part of my brain tells me a year from now we'll see a video "I've decided to leave Pro racing because I'm not happy" but hopefully I'll be wrong - I've just gotten so used to people quitting everything: D1 athletics, college, full scholarship, pro running, pro triathlon ect ect. These are people with much God given talent that just decide to quit everything they start. It's a free country (ha ha) so they can do whatever they want, but it's not very inspiring to the Joes and Janes of the world.

Booking a flight in advance on SWA and getting the "wanna get away fares" in most cases is very affordable for most people - it's not like he's traveling to New Zealand or somewhere really far away - he should be able to get to Atlanta just fine unless he's just flat out broke.

But she's not the worst female runner Youtuber out there. There is another one who is soooo FAKE. -
I like peach cobbler. The traffic in Atlanta is no fun. Southern girls with the right accents are quite attractive. I don't like races with more than 500 participants. Hobby joggers sweat longer than elities because they take twice or three times to complete course. Why aren't they thinner?

We are trying to get thinner! That is why we sign ip to run a 10k in 90 degree heat rather than go to the lake and sit on a biat and drink all day!
