I'm on my way to Eugene (by the way Eugene is so hard to get to, I'm even more opposed to every meet being held there than I was before) and am on a layover at SFO.
I was looking to grab some lunch and went to the information booth and asked where the foods places are. The lady started her response by saying, "I just want you to know we don't believe in fast food restaurants."
What?
I knew scores of Californians didn't believe in God but thought the birthplace of McDonalds and In-N-Out Burger would have at least kept its faith in the fast food industry.
What am I supposed to do? Two of my core beliefs - one that beauty pageants would have a swimsuit component and now this - have been totally obliterated.
So far I've already spent $24 on a Chinese meal. Of course they don't do normal chinese it's called "Natural chinese" so they can charge $24 bucks for it.
