Oneonta falls short of Ithaca by three points without one of their number one guy from previous meet*
Recently, I've been seeing a lot of subpar posts in this thread.
It upsets me greatly that the Atlantic Region has fallen to depth previously unknown to DIII XC.
The only cause of this travesty must be the lack of English majors in the AR.
I've also noticed a large decrease in jokes about JPDs.
So far, the general tone has also been a bit too serious.
This is the time in the season where we all need to start asking ourselves the difficult questions.
Right here, right now, do we care more about being funny, or hyping up our team into the abyss of the internet.
A younger version of myself may have acted abruptly, furiously typing on my keyboard in a fit of rage.
Sometimes, we all need to reflect and take a moment before we hit that "submit post" button.
Have a good day.
JPD jokes got old 2 years ago. RIT is trash jokes were old after last year. Nobody actually makes a real analysis. The thread is straight dooky. Just like the region's running
Speak for yourselves, boys. - xoxo AR girlz.
Mediocre NAIA teams could assf*ck all of you into oblivion.
Change my mind.
JPD jokes have been used and abused to the brink of death. The kind of person that still laughs at them is that one kid on the team who browses Reddit 24/7 and spends all of his time sending people memes instead of conversing with them like a human being. The state of the AR is the joke this year. I get into work Monday morning, check the weekend results, and have a hearty laugh at the expense of all of these teams that will completely screw any chance of getting bids at regionals.

I used your mom to the brink of death last night and we had a hearty laugh at your expense.

u good dude?
Looks like RIT is a bust if they can't even have more than one sub-27 on a course that their entire top-7 broke 27 at last year. Time to move onto better teams, maybe next year boys.
It’s called tempoing in the mud. Prenats next week bub.
I love how teams like RIT go to prenats. You don’t need to go do a course preview to get 25th at nationals, guys
RIT runs their A team and beats Geneseo's Z team.

To be fair, Otto is still a 29:38 guy even if it only was once, so he's still a top national contender that could benefit from seeing the nationals course.
Nationals Is a grass track.
Word on the trails is that RIT is trying a new strategy this year. Instead of ramping JPDs throughout the season, they are abstaining from jerks via the 40 day challenge. Minimizing JPDs instead of maximizing them allows rest so they can blow their load all at once during the championship season. Unfortunately, on day 25, only three runners remain. Some runners have notified the group that they got out via an "Honorable Discharge," but we all know that there are no girls at RIT, so they must have been sleeping with each other to get laid. Either way, this whole post just confirms that RIT is trash.
Bold prediction: Bard takes the Liberty League. You heard it here first.
That is all
Looks like Saddler is ready to give the O’Connor twins a run in a few weeks. Just ran a 2:27 marathon for his last hard long run.
