Male, 6’2”.
Entered college around 134. Going into my junior now and at 145-147. Feel much stronger than I did at 134.
Height: 6'3"
College Start: 170
College End: 255- Was not a collegiate runner (Obviously)
Today: 210 (age 36)
Working on getting to 190lbs and breaking 3 hours in the Fall.
High school weight 145 lbs, graduated in 1979
Ran for years (including 25 marathons) and varied between 145-155 lbs. When I got burned out or injured from running I moved on to triathlon (6 IronMan's) then bike racing.
42 years and 510 races (of all types) later...
Now back to strictly running, I'm between 155-160 lbs. I run about 45-minutes every day.
38 male
6 feet tall
College weight: 160 lbs
Current weight: 157 lbs
I got up to 192 lbs about 3 years ago before I started running. Once I started running and eating better, I lost 25 pounds in 4 months. The next 10 or so came off gradually.
college: 6-2, 160lbs, running 80mpw on PAC-10 track scholarship.
that was un-naturally thin for my genetics, and as low as I could go without being anorexic.
Naturally a thicker guy. I marvel at you guys who are over 6 ft and weigh 140 lbs.
stopped running so much after college. lifted more weights.
looked like a greek god during 20s to early 30s at 175-180.
this is my body's natural "sweet spot" where I'm working out and looking good.
"life" (work/kids) started happening after early 30's, started getting softer.
Now about to turn 40, and 190 lbs. More man boobs. more love handles. more belly.
still eat and drink whatever I want, but not exercising as much as I would like.
need to get back in shape!
5'9"
Started college at over 175 pounds
Dropped to around 155-157 in the first year, but fairly muscular, as I was in a military college working out most days.
Now I weigh between 145-150 as I'm dropping weight to run better, but I'm still more muscular than the stereotypical runner build.
Female. 5'6". 800m runner.
Graduated college at 125lb with a sub 2:05 800m PR.
Now at 30 yrs old I am 125lb.
My body composition has completely changed though - I had 14% body fat in college and would estimate it to be mid to high 20s currently. Kept lean for a bit after college as I pursued some decent half and full marathons times but my body can't handle the mileage so my running has dropped off in the past 5 years or so. Also I hate lifting so I don't do that anymore which doesn't help me staying lean.

Aren't you about half a century too old to still include "and a half" with your height? Are you sure you are 62 or is it 62 and three quarters?
