I ran for a year after college off and on and maintained around 110 lbs until I got a major hip injury and had to have surgery 3 years ago which has left me with limited ability to exercise due to hip pain both before and after the surgery. Once I stopped running, my weight went up and has reset around my current weight. I've gotten down to around 118 a few times post surgery, but it's now hard for me to maintain below 120. I'm also slow at running now because of this. Ran DI middle distance in college.

I will respond for those that have gotten bigger,
freshman year 145 5'10"
senior year 165 6'0"
15 years later 205 6'1"
I only did one year of college. At 5'11" I weighed 140.
After six years as a Marine infantryman, I weighed 170.
Four years later, now I'm 30, I weigh 150 and try to stay there.
150-160 in college
150 right now, 2+ years later.

In top shape as a collegiate distance runner, I was 112lbs. at 5'4."
Age 56 I'm now 125lbs. The mostly muscle weight gain was deliberate, as I stopped running and transitioned to cycling and powerlifting.
6'4
190 then (1999) when I started college.
190 now (2018) Age 37.
Had a decent spell in the middle where I tried to bulk up for rugby - got to 209 lbs, but still not big enough to make any serious impact. Focused on just running now and happy to be speedier (and no longer battered, bruised or injured from rugby). And by speedier, that is a relative term. Not speedy by any accounts other than to hobby joggers that are slower than me.
