I ran a 9:51 about a week ago fresh, but wasn’t too happy with it, then last night I quadded running 4:31, 2:02, 9:50, and split a 54 high all within 3 hours or so. I pr’d somehow in the 3200 with being pretty tired having an 800 and 1600 under my legs, so i was wondering what that time would equate to if I was fresh? Not trying to humble brag or any of that, because obviously there are plenty of people that could smoke anyone of those times any day and I acknowledge that ??
9:30s.
I never ran the 3200 fresh with meaningful competition until the last two races of the year both my junior and senior years. You’re running similar to what I ran but a couple seconds faster in the 400 and 800.
I would quad the 4x8, 1600, 800 and 3200. The 800 and 3200 were only separated by the 300h.
I ended up 56, 2:04, 4:27, 9:32 all during my senior year and those last two were during the last 3 meets of the year.
Given your speed you should be around sub 4:30 sub 9:35.
