Best friends, permanently based in St. Patrick’s Camp (Iten) and coached by Brother Colm and Ian Kiprono. Tested in and out of competition.

Unfortunately Kipruto just failed a drug test with the B sample yet to be confirmed.
You'd love that, wouldn't you? The Kenyan running well isn't drying up fast enough for you.

Was there drug testing? (Not that passing a drug test means anything in 2018.)
Why would you be suspicious of a Kenyan?
That they're coached by Bro Colm and Ian Kiprono from a young age is really encouraging news. Hopefully they turn out as chill and level-headed as Rudisha.
Step 1. Remeasure the course and get back to us.
Not claiming it's wrong but often if something sounds to good to be true...
Same situation we've seen 10,000 times before.
This guy is at least five years older than his stated age.
He's doped to the dorsals by his corrupt Italian/Spanish/whatever agents and coaches.
Yawn.

You clearly have no idea of what you are talking about.
Honestly, when he was called on the podium for the awards, I thought he was 14. He looks more like a middle schooler than a 18 years/old. If he is cheating on age, it is because he is younger than 18. I am glad to learn that he is coached/managed by one of the most well-respected figures in Kenian athletics. Wish him well.

Lol this is an NYRR course that they use many times per year every year. It’s legit.
I measured it along with Jim Gerweck. We are both IAAF Level A measurers therefore the course is "pre-verified" and no additional measurements are necessary. This also includes the 8k split point

Do we have video?

lol
Didn't take long for the soyboy apologists to come out of the woodwork.
Anyone who believes the Kenyans are clean in 2018 shouldn't be allowed to vote.
Anyone who believes that all Kenyans are doping shouldn't be allowed to vote.
Not literally "all."
But all those that are winning medals, setting records, at "18", coached by Europeans... YES.
This dude is like 26 and probably can run 28:30 clean.
Thanks for resigning your right to vote.
This guy could be the next Leonard Komon!

youre dense, he isn't coached by any European, I'm more worried about the 13 year old? running 15:40s. you must be disciple of covett
These two kids are some real talent. I started hearing about them about two years ago and now they have arrived at the world stage. Their rise is pretty similar to Faith Kipyegon's, who started dominating the Kenyan high school cross country circuits and then the AK Cross Country Meetings in Iten while running barefoot.
Kenyan 10K eras:
Pre-Paul Tergat -> Mica Kogo + Sammy Wanjiru + Eliud Kipchoge -> Masai + G. Mutai + Wilson Kiprop -> G. Kamworor + B. Karoki -> these two boys: Matt Kimeli + Rhonex Kipruto
Watch out for these guys during World Cross next year and the W-Champs on the track for 5k-10k.

And we're in desperate need of 5k guys.
This course is accurate as it gets. NYRR race. They use the same course multiple times per year.
