He's 100% on TRT or HGH. Easy to get at that age. Easy to get from an "anti-aging clinic", easy to pass drug tests for.

He ran a 4:29 1500m at the age of 12 in 1978 which was a world record he still has the certificate from Guinness world records and I was there at that race we have been friends for over 55 years
Your point? No one's saying he's not a great athlete and very talented. Your body is pumping with HGH at 12 years old. Not so much at 55. Thinking a physique like that coupled with his endurance feats is normal is just foolish.
The answer is categorically not! I've known Graham since we were both 4 and started school together and grew up in the same street...he was world record holder for the 12 year age group for the 1500m in 1978 spent 30 years as a fire fighter and weight training where they are randomly tested for drugs on a very routine basis there is no way he could avoid detection plus as a close personal friend I know he is utterly clean and honest just a dam good runner with great genetics his brother was a GB international and ran 2:12 for the marathon and his son is a 1:47 800m runner.....
I highly doubt the fire service tests for performance enhancing drugs. According to the London Fire Brigade Alcohol and drugs policy (Policy No. 550):
3.2 No employee should report for work with traces of illegal drugs in their body systems. The Authority has zero tolerance of illegal drug consumption.
And in Appendix 3:
Substances to be tested for in drugs test
18: These will include substances known to be commonly misused, e.g.: • Amphetamines; • MDMA (methylenedioxymethylamphetamine) – ecstasy; • Benzodiazepines; • Methadone; • Cannabis; • Cocaine; • Phencyclidine; • Opiates; • Propoxyphene; • Barbiturates. This list may be varied as notified from time to time.
Steroids, EPO, HGH, TRT etc are not on the list.
Virtually no employer tests for PEDs. I know in the US police are often into PEDs, wouldn't surprise me if some firefighters were too. Even if they did test, they wouldn't spend the money to make sure you're not on TRT.
"Hey Graham, your test results are back, we examined your biological passport, and it appears you must be taking some exogenous testosterone, care to explain?"
If a million pro athletes can pass much more sophisticated testing by microdosing these substances, so can an age grouper.

Doesn’t matter what he did in 1978, how long you have known him, or how nice he is. The question is what has he been doing these last few years to look like that and run like that. The answer is apparent.
Being a member of police or fire units is at least a small red flag for me. Anabolics are common in those circles. And look at the integrity of police athletes in Kenya...including the cost of "tea money"
