Isn't there going to be a bit of a selection towards more muscularity when it comes to the leading Masters runners?
I mean, this guy's strength and muscles might have given him the ability to pound out 100 weekly miles into his fifties.
He also appears to be sponsored and able to do this full time (he's just completed a five week training camp in the Balearic Islands where he ran over 550 miles according to his Instagram).
Does anyone have his Strava link, btw.? He mentioned in one of his posts that he is on there but I can't find him.
