So you admit to typing on your phone while driving, and you call others brainless.

Anectodal evidence is evidence non the less. I think I'll put my daughter on the gluten-free diet, which works so well for me and my wife. Best of all, I have a friend at Whole Foods who can give me substantial discounts on gluten-free cheese, meats and fruits.
Yes, just pound tons of rice crispy cereal. I eat a box of the Aldi brand everyday, it only has 4 ingredients (not including fortified vits/mins)

Be very careful here; you need to make sure to pay extra for the very best free-range gluten-free meat. Otherwise you have no guarantees. Make sure especially that fish and livestock were not farmed using any gluten in the feed as this will carry forward into the meat.
Also you need to be careful of gluten residue which can exacerbate gluten ingestion symptoms, so make sure that your daughter doesn't go anywhere near the Whole Foods bakery and also make sure she skips all team meals as someone might have a sandwich.
Isn’t this the same guy who made up all those blood test values? I have to say, OP, your trolling creativity is lacking in this one.
It took me from never winning anything to winning a few the past two years. I took a Genova food allergy test and was allergic to chocolate, mushrooms, and corn gluten. Cut all of them out and started sleeping better and feeling better

Find a NAET practitioner and have them treat your allergies.

Fat isn’t the problem; carbs and sugars are. As an animal humans evolved to live on fat and protein for energy
Actually, humans evolved with very little fat in their diets.
Our closest relatives, the chimpanzees with 98+% of the same genetics, eat primarily fruit and vegetables.
Now carbs are everywhere and if they are not immediately used, they turn into triglycerides and visceral fat.
If fats aren't the problem, what's the problem if carbs turn to fat????
Also, why are populations with high fat diets so sick, and why do they have a high mortality rate?
You have major flaws in your logic.

Cheese is one of the worst foods you could eat, far worse than oats for example.
I'm not advocating to eat gluten, but good grief, cheese has so many things wrong with it.

Care to elaborate? The cheese I eat is 100% gluten-free (even the french goats who produce the cheese are fed a gluten-free diet). You may have a point with the normal, non gluten-free cheeses, which tend to worsen my daughter's already appaling skin-condition.
On high fat, low carb diet, my LDL cholesterol has dropped, my triglycerides have dropped, my HDL cholesterol went up, HGBA1C is down, fasting BS is 83.I lost 15 pounds. I have more energy throughout day, sleep better than ever and now that I am fat adapted, can run 3 hours without any fueling other than water and salt.
Please watch this movie and tell me what you think. Let's have some real dialogue. It's on Amazon prime for free

In the recent edition of "Nuts and Seeds" I read that a gluten-free diet can confer enormous benefits to most of the population. The peer-reviewed article revealed that the rising incidence of inflammatory bowel diseases and the well documented decline of IQ-levels of western populations are a direct consequence of a diet rich in gluten.
Link?
As far as I can tell, there's no journal titled "Nuts and Seeds". And from your one-sentence summary it sounds like bollocks. Peer-reviewed by nuts?
Sorry for the late reply, I had to spend the whole afternoon repairing my daughter's mobility scooter. The journal is quite obscure even by the standards of my home country, Moldavia. It doesn't have an internet presence and was founded by french congolese ethnobotanist and homeopathic surgeon Gustave le Goumé. His main (somewhat dated) thesis was that a whole-nut diet could cure most of the ailments of his time, such as syphilis and gonorrhea.

Ahhhh, its another concerned father/fat daughter post! I wondered where you were. Thought maybe your therapist made a breakthrough, but I guess once you go fat, you never go back.
You should post links to your prior work so fans can enjoy. I don't recall them all or the sequence: fat daughter wants a motorcycle, fat daughter wants to go to Japan, fat daughter wants to fly a plane....
I will admit the fat daughter runs steeple, mixed with a little gluten free action was a milder play, but I see you 'fat daughter ninja'.
Quoted and bolded for truth!
^^^^^^ Nailed it.
Ha! I have been waiting to get an update on how the sharter flight with your daughter went...

There are far worse things to eat than gluten, for example plutonium! And cheese!
For one thing, cheese is extremely constipating, and would destroy your daughter's ability to keep running.
The idea that people lose body fat by eating unnatural and unhealthy high fat diets is ridiculous.
There are NO long lived, healthy and fit populations in the world that eat such diets. The Kenyans certainly don't.
