LRC visitor John Medved just gave us a call to say this year's Bryan Clay Invite Thursday and Friday is going to be a good one.
With Mt. Sac under construction for 3 years (starting last year?) more and more distance athletes have been running this meet. The Bowerman Track Club in particular is making it good this year.
But Mt. Sac still has its share of stars with Clayton Murphy, Aries Merritt, Elijah Hall, others running there.
Top entrants at Bryan Clay starting with 5k as there was a thread on the 5k already.
If you see some other top entrants. Please post.

Bowerman Track Club has run at the Bryan Clay Invite the past few years. Last year in particular.
Also in the Bryan Clay 1500m is Justin Knight and a little birdie has informed me that Josh Kerr will be chasing the NCAA 1500m of 3:35.30.
Either way between the 1500's and 5000's it should be a great meet. -
Flowblow showing the meet or will there be another livestream?
-
I wonder why no infled. Hopefully not injured
-
I noticed that there's no "Oregon Project" next to Murphy's name, has he left the club?
-
Sowinski also listed as unattached.
-
Recent IG post says she’s had a foot issue.
-
Wow, this so far one of the better outdoor meets to be held in the US this year, maybe all year outside of Pre, Penn and nationals.
-
High wind warnings thursday night in asuza. I expect most of those 5k guys to push back and run mt sac 5k on friday. At least the ones that are already entered in both.
-
What time is the 5k, 3km and 1500?
-
The Worlds Greatest Track meet, The Mt Sac Relays, is not at Mt Sac this year and next year. It's at El Camino J.C. in 2018 and 2019. The Mt Sac Relays will return to Mt Sac in 2020 at the new Mt Sac T&F Stadium, which will also has been awarded the 2020 US Olympic Trails. Dozens of additional international, national, college, high school, J.C. masters, and youth championship meets are pending.

Except NAU should be better.
What number is Blaise Ferro on NAU team? Is he even top 5? -

Was just going to say Sydney Gidabuday is back baby! That's a good time. -
I'm impressed! Alec did really well considering his age. Does anyone know if he had help from a personal trainer or is this just on pure talent?
