So I have two quality young runners who were born three days apart and I was wondering yalls opinion on how I should handle their training. Should it be the same for both? Both of them ran these PRs off of 25-30 mpw this year.
Runner 1 - 6’0 140 lbs
Runner 2 - 5’8 135 lbs
Runner 1 vs Runner 2 PRs:
400 - 56 vs 58 (both splits from 4x4 after 1600)
800 - 2:00 vs 2:03
1600 - 4:34 vs 4:35
3200 - 10:06 vs 9:43
5000(xc) - 15:48 vs 15:52
Runner 1 still has 1-2 more 800 races this year so time may change
