Ugh, I have to wait all the way until Sunday.
My pick is Cheptegei in the 5k and 10k, Semenya in the 800m and maybe 1500m, Kenyans in all the other distance events.
Running is for skinny dweebs
Really interested to see if Luke Matthews & Jake Wightman can nab gold.

Dai Greene is also a nice story. I honestly thought he was finished. If he can make the final it would be quite a comeback.

I've only ever seen it played by girls/women so I don't know where this video got their idea from. Otherwise, spot on:

Isn't Faith Kipyegon running?
Miller-Uibo in the 400m?
Faith Kipyegon is on maternity leave. Probably won't run until 2020.
The lawn bowling is more exciting than I expected.
Lawn Bowls stealing all the headlines.
Eight finals coming up in swimming. Starting with the men's 200m butterfly.
Chad Le Clos wins the 200m fly ? for South Africa ahead of Australia and Scotland.
Next up. 50m freestyle for women which, to me, always looks like a frenzy of splashing. Does anyone know if swimmers can hear the crowds cheer?
? for Australia's Kate Campbell. Dead heat for ? with Australian Bronte Campbell and Canadian Taylor Ruck.
Men's 100m breaststroke ?♀️ Adam Peaty wins ? for England ??????? ahead of ? for Wilby ??????? and ? Van Der Burgh ??

Yes, I was. I had questions about it but stopped updating because this site is too buggy.
I had a hunch that lawn bowling had the potential to be the curling of this Games.
I can't swim, and don't want to risk getting hit by a car when cycling, so i think I'm in love with lawn bowling!
Is it that different than bocce? This seems better since you can just pick any flat section of a backyard.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
