men: 60m record is going down(Kareem Payne ftw), 800m record could go down (Chris Sanders vs Blaine Lacey, oh boy- keep an eye out for Louis Santelli as well), 1000m record could go down(Nathan Schulte or Logan Miller are ahead of the game already though), DMR record is going down, Heptathlon record might go down, the mile is going down, 4x8 might go down
women: 800m record has the potential, the 1000m might go down (provided it's even necessary, maclean has everyone gapped already), 5k has potential to go down, pole vault has a pretty good chance, 4x8 is possible and 4x4 should go down

Obviously every record is at risk but some are more safe than others. I'm just checking out season bests, progressions throughout the season, and my knowledge of racers and the how they've raced at this meet in previous years.
For the men it's literally a battle between URI and GMU for the win so that brings out a lot of extra grit when they see each other in the same race. I think URI might be able to pull this one off, as GMU lost a lot of scoring sprinters and have a lot of key competitors out for the season. But it will still be super close, as always.
As for the women, I'm going to put my money on VCU. GMU put up a good fight last year but I think a lot of that had to do with being on their own turf and, like the guys, they lost a lot of their key scorers this year. It's just a matter of being a team that is really kind of rebuilding right now, increasingly on the come up though- so I'd still consider them a threat. But there are always 3 or 4 teams neck and neck going in to the last few events for the ladies.
Super excited for this meet, glad someone else is too!
I agree on women 800m and 1k to go down. Maclean is in incredible shape. Sarah Sears is as well! Should be exciting in the mid and long distances.
Women's team title: my prediction is GMU. Duquesne can't be counted out either though. Placed 2nd outdoors by very small margin and have some good newcomers and returners stepping up. Lost a few scorers but should be up for challenge. GMU has more depth and variety though so I'm going with them.
I think it will be close on both sides. Excited to see what day one has to offer
Pretty exciting meet. URI for the men, VCU for the women. I didn't realize how lopsided the A10 was on the men's side. Kind of awful.
