Yet, several people in my 10 minutes there failed the test. You get 3 tries and one guy failed twice before leaving because failing a third time means you have to retake the original driving test.
And you just have to go outside and drive to see people have no clue what they are doing.
I wouldnt omit the insurance hurdle either. Registering a car and driving means you are somewhat financially solvent and someone agreed to insure you. Why not have the same check and balance on guns AND VOTING? They have the same power to kill & maim as a car.
