I get an hour for lunch at work and thankfully my office is right next to a great trail system. I'll basically take the entire hour and come back to work, change clothes, wash my face in the sink, out on deodorant, and get back to work.
Anyone else do this? I'll probably have to change it up come summertime, but then again the days will be longer.
What do you do? Are you sitting next to people in a meeting for most of the day? Do you have your own office? Are you running around delivering coffee and tea?
Your co-workers probably smell you, but everyone used to smell way worse 50 years ago before everyone got washing machines, and my Canadian friends don't use deodorant.
I'd add in some wet wipes for your sweet spots (crotch, crack, armpits). Unless you are in sales meeting customers, or need to impress bosses for advancement, I think you are fine.
