Sweet-that Grant book is up next for me.
Currently reading Lenin: The Man, the Dictator, and the Master of Terror by Victor Sebestyen. Nicely written bio and am learning quite a bit about the beginnings of "communism"
Right now I'm on to some easy detective fiction...the Lucas Davenport series by John Sandford. I'm up to book 24 out of 26. Pretty cool because he started writing these in the late 80s and he makes good use of whatever technologies of the time, so you see the main character grow with the times from going pay phone to pay phone to facebook and iphones.

The Expanse series. Quality sci-fi.
I enjoyed the first book very much, but couldn't get into the second without the detective character. Have you watched the tv show?
Just finished Leviathan Wakes (Expanse #1) and liked it a lot but not sure I will continue. Have watched a few episodes of the series which is well done and got me interested in the book.
Currently reading Amor Towles "A Gentleman In Moscow". Very good.
Two recent reads that I always recommend if anyone asks: Sebastian Berry "Days Without End" and Paulette Jiles "News of the World".
Grapes of Wrath (Steinbeck)
My Year of Running Dangerously (Foreman)
Why are any of you reading about things besides running?
HEALTHY INTELLIGENT TRAINING, THE SCIENCE OF RUNNING, RUNNING WITH THE KENYANS, THE HARD COPY PRINTOUT OF THE DAY THAT WAS' LRC BOARDS...those are the only things that belong on a nightstand (besides a religious text)!
I'm currently reading The Last Tycoon by F. Scott Fitzgerald. I'd realized it was the only one of his novels I hadn't read, so I'd check it out.
Mr. Nice by Howard Marks
A Brief History of Seven Killings by Marlon James
The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F@ck
Soccer Skills and Drills
The Secret Race: Inside the Hidden World of the Tour de France
by Tyler Hamilton, Daniel Coyle
Just finished it. Saw someone mention it in one of the (many) doping threads here. Was an interesting read, Tyler seemed to be pretty honest and open about the doping culture and how the various drugs/doping techniques affect you
Persepolis Rising
The Earth Has a Soul, C. G. Jung on Nature, Technology & Modern Life
Sri Aurobindo or the Adventure of Consciousness
The Way of Kings by Brandon Sanderson
1/3 of the way through, has been very good so far.
Endurance by Scott Kelly
The primary documents of the Second Vatican Council

Nice. You are in for a treat. I think that book is great, but I think each one is better than the previous. You've got thousands of awesome pages coming your way.

To piggy-back on that: My wife got me West of Sunset by Stewart O'Nan for Christmas. It's a novelization of Fitzgerald's last years in Hollywood (including his work on The Last Tycoon). Well worth a read.
And, to anyone who's interested in Fitzgerald's last/Hollywood years, look up the Pat Hobby stories, too. Some of his most entertaining short fiction.
The Holy Bible.
Just finished Huck Finn and by and by will finish Markings by Dag Hammarskjöld
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
