training for low key indoor track race in 2 weeks (distance still TBD)
M: 9, strength after (jumps, DB snatch, front squat, MB chest pass/1L DL/pull up, rows/core)
T: ~4.5k nordic ski race. 4th place, In 3rd for most of the race, got passed with ~1k to go. 30' warmup/cooldown
W: 9 w/ 2x5x10" hill sprints
Th: 9.25, 46 degF. What is this weather.
F: 9, 10 degF & 15mph winds. Was going to do a workout but too cold, windy, and icy with the rapid freeze. strength after (jumps/lunges, med ball throw/1L squat, rows/core)
S: 30' nordic skiing, too icy to really ski so I called it quits early
S: 8.75 w/ 3' hard (~1k), 5 min jog, 2x4x(50" float, 40" hard), 15 degF and the start of a snow storm. Wanted to get this in today vs Monday before the storm overnight. Not great weather for running fast.
