The same is true for Minnesota. Honestly, with how many kids stay in state and attend the University of Wisconsin or Minnesota, those two teams should be perennial top 10 finishers at NCAAs...honestly. High school programs in these two states turn out phenomenal talent year-in and year-out just to have them run mediocre times. It is really sad.
Further examples of my point that these two programs are terrible. Two recent Minnesota runners transferred for their senior and redshirt senior years... and are doing so much better now.
