Meet got postponed 2 weeks, and instead we had a meet against ourselves as a sort of "try-outs". Coach put us in events he'd like to see us run that were still within our range. I ran the 1600m at around 2 mile pace in a comfortable 5:04 and split a 55 in the 400m (off little to no speed training). I'm going to be racing on the 9th where I hope to run either 4:30-45 in the mile or 9:55-10:20 ish in the 2 mile but I'm not going to stress about my times until later
