Central Carolina Community College is looking for a new Head Cross Country coach. CCCC is one of only two programs in the state of North Carolina to offer Cross Country, and is hoping to add Track and Field in the next few years. 2018 was the first year the school had Cross Country and the team was made mostly of kids at the school that wanted to run, but they are looking to build and promote the program.
Central Carolina Community College is in Sanford, NC and located less than 40 minutes from most major cross country and track programs in Wake County. Being the closest Junior College to the hotbed of distance schools in the state, the right guidance could really see the program succeed. And if they add track and field in the next few years they will be one of the only JUCO options for some of the top track and field athletes in the state.

Their are actually three JUCO schools for running in NC. Louisburg, Sandhills, and Central Carolina. But I agree, Central Carolina is in a good area, and could provide another option for athletes who may not be ready for a four year school right away or just want another option.

Maybe you should be a better parent. One who can handle what the real world will throw at them.
-
You definitely sound like a terrible parent.

any rumors from convention? Or sre foljs not liqoured up enough yet?
-
So you also support a coach sexually harassing their female team?
-
How so?

Absolutely not. You came out and focused on the yelling aspect in a very negative way. Yelling at someone and sexual harassment in my book are very different. With the sexual harassment piece added to it I now have a better understanding of where you are coming from. Don't let this ruin your holiday. Cheers!!

This. The original post centered around yelling at the posters daughter, and this yelling was deemed "a disease".
Now, we have accusations of widespread "sexual harassment".
There has not been a full name disclosure, and there doesn't have to be... but what is the real story here?
Yelling and sexual harassment are two extremely different situations. -
If you look at my original post, it is in response to the sexual harassment piece. Sorry it was not clear, my first use of this forum.

Any news

Bomar is next? -
Bomar is the absolute best possible outcome for WCU. Great coach.

If Manteo was offered the job first (with ZERO college coaching experience) please explain why their 2nd choice would be the "absolute best possible outcome for WCU"? -
Obviously because Bomar has 10 plus years of coaching experience and as you stated Mitchell has zero. Was that a serious question?
