And my last comment is totally personal and picky. But I find reading the black text on that blue background kind of off-putting. See what your other readers feel about it. But with lots of text-heavy articles, I think you should prioritize making the reading experience easy.
Thanks for the feedback!
I haven't heard anything negative about the color scheme but I'll ask around, I'm not married to the blue and black at all.
I'll consider writing shorter articles in the future, I want to info to be useful but also very readable and bite-sized in today's attention span deficient world.
I second the color scheme, it looks very amateur and actually strains my eyes. Having said that, great job, everything else is fine and I hope to see you continue. I would just suggest searching out other blogs and "help" sites, and I guarantee you'll see that that color scheme isn't used. Look at those sites and let it influence your site's "look." There's a pretty similar look to most sites for a good reason: easy on the eyes, professional, easy to guide.

Ok, will do, in my experience if two people give negative feedback about something, twenty more thought the same thing and said nothing, so I'll definitely change it to something more reader-friendly.
Much appreciated!
Ok I changed it to a basic black and white layout. I'm torn between readability (I can't think of anything beating b and w there) and making it look unique. Any suggestions?

Added a section about some common diets like Mediterranean, low carb, intermittent fasting, etc.
If you're still there, could you expand on the section on how to implement strength training when tapering/peaking? It's pretty important and not that clear in the article how to do it. thx
