I'd give you at shot at like 16:57 on a fast course on a cool day. 4:45 mile, 4:40 if you're a speedier type. Could be 4:30 or better in the spring with a winter base, specific work, and taper (that's a random guess not knowing your history, but it's plausible and you should keep at it).

Best this season is 17:40 on a hilly course where i lost a spike and pulled the other one off in the first 200. (Other races have been really hilly, hot, or long- according to my coach, or all three). Mile PR is 4:50.
