The fastest feet should be long but narrow with monkey-long toes. Ordering custom fitted spikes would be a must.

I believe I remember Epstein stating that the fastest DISTANCE runners have very small feet (along with long, thin lower leg bones). Weight matters, but where you carry that weight matters more. The closer to your extremities you carry your weight, the harder it is to run fast for extended durations.
Or: big feet = slower, all other things being equal.
