So I can't really run anywhere because the sidewalks and streets are flooded with tailgaters on my college campus today.
There aren't any trails around that don't cost money either so I was thinking I should just run on the treadmill at the student gym, but nope there aren't any treadmills there, just bikes and ellipticals.
So is stationary cycling good cross training for distance running? I was only going to do like an easy 5 miles today anyways so I think I'm gonna do an hour on the stationary bike.
If it matters, I'm not on my schools cross country and track team. We are a d1 SEC school and I am no where near good enough for that.
