Hi all,
Training for my first marathon (NYC) this fall, and I've been having some inflammation in my knee. I've had some bad experiences with PTs in the past, so if anyone could recommend someone that would be awesome.
Thanks so much!

Get in touch with the Whartons. They've been treating runners in NYC since the early 90s and their methods have kept me healthy for years to the point that I've learned how to take care of myself and no longer need to see them. They first introduced Active-isolated flexibility to the running world in the 90s. They're truly a magnificent duo of human beings. Heres their website: Whartonhealth.com
Try this guy...miracle worker, for me anyway. Has a busy shop, understands athletes and cuts right to the chase. Always got me to the starting line.
