Are you actually an endo? Either way you sound knowledgeable so thanks for the input. I have gotten 3 tests across 6 months, could it really be all "abnormalities". All were at 8 or 9am, and overtraining seems to be ruled out since I stopped training. Everything I read seems to point to 200 being extremely low for my age. And the low LH and FSH in conjuction seems to mean something. Also, I've had insomnia as long as I can remember, absolutely zero sex drive for years, and general brain fog/lack of drive for awhile. All these seem to be inline with low testosterone.
What do you suggest I do if not use the gel? I stopped endurance training, lifted (although only a few weeks, no improvement), consiously ate more (only gained 3 lbs though), and my testosterone has only gone down since my first test 6 months ago.
