I have been drinking coffee for few years. I could stop it easily. I also drink tea. Mostly green tea with mint. They both help to avoid unnecessary eating.

Caffeine is caffeine. Why would getting the caffeine from green tea be any different from getting it from coffee? Or from black tea (same leaf as green tea but roasted) for that matter?
A cup of coffee has about 3x the amount of coffee compared to green tea. Any tea would be fine. I always hear good things about green tea so I just said that. It could be any type though.
I like coffee, but do not drink it often. Sometime back, I started drinking coffee every day at work. At my next teeth cleaning, they pointed out my stained teeth, which required extra cleaning. I didn't want to deal with that again, so I backed back off to being an infrequent coffee drinker.

I do drink coffee a few times a week. However, I do follow and trust in the above.

Hi,
I've recently given up coffee as I was starting to feel dependent on it. I'm looking to wean myself off slowly and have started using caffeine sachets as a replacement. It's called FireStar and is slow release caffeine so really helps me with long runs.
I've a marathon this weekend and will be pretty much dependent on them to get me round!
