What a joke of a fight. floyd could have ended this in the first round. but they had to sell something.

Has Mayweather been spouting off about beating an MMA opponent at MMA?

Nice low-blow by the Irish dude in R9.
Ref calls it!

Clear ref had to stop it.
Now Irish guy can whine about racist stoppage or something, and get another $300m payday in rematch.

Rematch ... have to keep it interesting.
No, Mayweather is always like this. He can't hit anyone hard unless they are utterly defenseless.

He is now 50-0. He's method works. Sort of like sit and kick in the 5k and 10k.
It's over. TKO round 10. May weather wins
He's 40. He used to knock people out.

Ref is named Robert Byrd.
Surprised ESPN didn't complain.

He is still 49-0 against other pro boxers.
Yes he is the Mo Farah of his weight class for sure, and that's why he can never be GOAT, undefeated or not.
The real winners are the ones that collected you suckers money to see or have anything to do with this "fight". You clowns deserve to be punched in the face if you even dropped a dime on this fight.. And the pay per view had issues!! There are people especially in TX that are struggling now. These "fighters" should donate their winnings for putting the public through this sham.
kkk goes home devastated!
The best part was the post-fight, when Conor started talking in some Irish dialect, and calling Floyd a Mexican or something.

You must have start watching floyd when he turned WW!..lol. Even at WW on up he mopped up everybody. But at lightweight, he basically KO'd the entire division. HE TKO'd Diego Corrales, knocking him down 5 times. And Corrales is the same guy who possibly fought in the greatest fight to ever happen, Corrales vs Castillo 1.
At lightweight he was mister KO, but at WW and Jr MW he developed skeletal issues in his hands, so he turned up his defense even more. He is without a doubt the greatest defensive fighter to ever fight, and possibly the smartest. From lightweight to jr MW, floyd was never in any danger of being knocked out or being badly hurt.
He mastered the art of hit and not get hit.
Can't say the same for all the other greats, even though I have Sugar Ray Robinson as the greatest fighter of all time.

Fight was way more entertaining than I thought it would be especially after the first few rounds the 2 sites I was following scoring on gave to McGregor.
The judges thought otherwise as they had it 89-81, 89-82, 87-83 at time of stoppage before the 10th round.
Meanwhile, SI had it 84-86 with 5 rounds for Mayweather and 4 rounds for McGregor with McGregor only getting 8 points in round #9.
Also a bit more interesting because Rojo convinced me to bet on a Mayweather knockout so after the first 3 rounds I was wondering if he might lose the bout on points.

No one said those methods don't work. The point is that those methods suck. A real GOAT can win AND participate.

You miss the point entirely. Of course he is those things, though it's greatest defensive boxer, not fighter. That his strategy is even possible is a peculiarity of the MoQ and makes boxing ridiculous.
His "hits" are about accumulating points until and unless his opponent tires. All he landed on Pacquiao were love taps.
After a while you will see popular opinion agree with me. Under MMA rules the fight would have been over in 10 seconds, not 10 rounds. This isn't about Mayweather, it's about boxing - it's a has-been sport on its way out.
