Wow this guy is spilling all the dirt on Rich Piana. Perhaps he should be investigated since he knew the guy was doing illegal stuff but never reported it.

"spilling the dirt"? He admitted he had used steroids for 20+ years.

I didn't watch it, but Blaha, although he goes after "fake natties", has always defended guys like Alex Viada who admit they use steroids. His only problem has been with guys who use but claim to be natural.
Blaha is a total loser, like seriously, a total loser. What he says has zero worth. But anyway, Piana always publicly said he was on gear. Watch Generation Iron 2.

Sadly he's the second huge body builder to pass this week. First Dallas Mccarver now Rich.
From what I've seen Rich had a heart attack. The coma was induced because of the head trauma from the fall. He was taken off life support and passed away.
I'd be shocked if he didn't have a load of prescription opiodes and cocaine in his system.
Dallas could have also had a heart attack. But he'd also had some respiratory issues and some think his death is linked to trenbalone use.
Both guys were huge from steroid use. The body is not meant to be that big or to be on that load of chemicals. They knew the risks and gambled their lives for the rush and dream of fame.
He knocked his steroid bottle off the bathroom cabinet and it clunked him on the head.
Interestingly when I was a kid everyone said that all the muscle freaks of the 80s would die young or turn to fat.
At the time Chris Dickerson and Albert Beckles were already in their mid 40s -50s
And they are both still alive and something like 77 and 85.
Dickerson is also gay and somehow made it through another dangerous era too.

I think his health problems might have began BEFORE he collapsed.
He had an enlarged heart and a heart attack.
Piana died of a heart attack. Trenbalone increases LDL cholesterol.

(1.) If 1 die for every 8 that live, that makes 9 total, making 297,000 OD's, which is even bigger!
(2.) I always thought heroin and other opioids were "uppers" like cocaine. But you're saying they get used for painkillers a lot. So is heroin a "downer" ?
(3.) I have a co-worker who says he takes "fentanol" (his pronunciation) for back-pain. Is this the same as fentanyl? Are they the same as Carfentanil? Is he likely doping?
He was a legitimately good guy met him at a power lifting competition back in 2015 that a friend of mine was competing in. Intimidating to look at but great to talk to. I remember he had a Bentley that was parked in the parking lot with a whole gourmet refrigerator in the trunk. He jokingly said always got to bring the menu. Too bad man 2017 as been terrible year great people are dropping like flies.
wow these people seem like complete a$sholes.

Every time these drug freaks die their friends make up phony stories to cover up the cause of death...Which is usually many years of steroids, growth hormone , insulin, oil etc.
Next up in the death pool is Khali Muscle.....

Durianrider and his sarcasm lol.
I lurked about this thread when it was first posted, and clicked on a couple of the videos posted. Since then, Rich Piana videos show up randomly in my YouTube feed. I watch them.
I have to say that I grew to like the guy, well as much as you can from YouTube videos. He had stuff to say, he could say it without sounding like a stupid meat head, genuinely seemed to like meeting his fans and was clearly successful. Steroids, sure, but even still, the guy had to work at it.
It's been one of those learning moments..."don't judge a book by it's cover."
"Performance enhancing" drugs are frowned upon in most sports, why not bodybuilding?
You really can only get so far without using them supposedly.
You can go overboard and look like The Hulk though too.
I'm shocked that a guy like him would pass away so young. It seemed like he really treated his body like a template and ate extremely healthy / avoided any potentially damaging supplements or drugs..
Weight training is a great supplemental training method. People, do not go ape sh&t lifting! Lifting is intended to aid recovery from an injury or assist in training for other athletic activities.

I've already told Chanel "I'm here if you need me." Also, that "you can tune a Piana, but you can't tuna fish."
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
