So I did a 10x400 workout with a lap recovery jogging no walking at all at the falling pace, 1:12,1:14,1:13,1:14,1:14,1:13,1:13,1:14,1:14,1:13. what is a reasonable time i could run. I was going 90-95%. It hurt but not horrible pain.

I'd say you can run between 1:12 and 1:14
ok thank you! THATS what im looking to run for the half!
idk maybe 2:15? that sounds like a workout that I am capable of and I have run 2:11, but I'm a little more speed oriented. Your workout is a better indicator of a mile, and even still your recovery should probably be cut down.
A better workout for the 800 would be 4-5x400 at 800 pace, so 65-67.
Not sure what event you want us to predict. Let's go with a 1600 meter....5:05. 3200 meter...11:00
For what? What else you doing? Perhaps if you ran 20 of them that would say more with a shorter "jog" in between.
