You had a stent put in because you were deluded into doing it, nothing to do with saving your life, and you were probably sick all those times for the very same reason. A cardiologist recommended and put a stent in my best friend's heart, who had been healthy all of his life, and three months later he was dead.
The best thing is do is be healthy, and stay away from the greedy medical morons who want to experiment with your life.
That is total nonense. wrote:

This guy knew a guy who died, so don't listen to doctors.

My parents were always taking me to doctors as a kid, and I was always sick, all of the time, throwing up constantly, having trouble breathing etc. I kept screaming and trying to get away from them and yelling to stop taking me to the doctors, so they finally stopped out of exasperation and guess what, all the symptoms disappeared and I had no health problems after that, because all the causes of the problems were due to the medications and treatments.
Why? Because when you think about this it makes sense. How is a piece of plastic put in your heart by a bunch of know-it-all-incompetents going to make you all of a sudden have no problems with your heart? Answer, it isn't, and it will probably kill you.

this guy....i never understand why so few of people on here listen to me. everyone and their brother accuse people of doping. but then leaks come out and macro dosing of vit D and L-carnitine, and thyroid injections and then doubt. hey MORONS of LR, these MACRO injections by salazar to his athletes are to maximize the micro dosing of HGH and EPO. problem is HGH effects your bodies ability to naturally balance the thyroid gland, thus the need to take thyroid meds. vid D in large does help your body utilize HGH and igf-1 (you know the peptide aukland keeps yapping about). L-carnitine is also important in HGH and igf-1 utilization in the bodies cells etc.
L-carnitine also messes with the thyroid. and medical research has shown that
HGH use can and will cause pericarditis
Hypothyroidism can and will cause pericarditis.
HGH can cause hypothyroidism.
v D deficincy can cause pericarditis
too much v D can cause kidney problems, kidney problems can cause pericarditis
L-carnitine deficianey can cause pericarditis
L-carnitien toxicity can cause cholesterol build up around the heart and cause pericarditis
thyroid meds can cause hypothyroidism, which again can cause pericarditis
but yeah "they are just taking massive dosages of vitamins and L-carnitine"
stop being dumb and ignorant brojos and LR's...ask yourself why would someone intravaniously take MACRO dosages of v D and L-carnitine?
then you ask why, then you google that sh*t, and you find out that meat heads on multiple sites are doing stacks of HGH, igf-1, L-carnatine, T3 and T4. so then you google why on that, then you google side effects of each, then you google what v D is important for in the bodies hormones and amino acids etc. and you come to the conclusion i have:
they are taking all this and im sure other things to MAXIMIZE the under the detectable levels of HGH, steroids, and EPO. not only does taking all this help maximize but its now required to continue to take when off the juice cycle cause now the thyroid, kidney etc are all f*ck and out of wack.
centro was on his centro sauce, and it sure it wasnt as closely monitored as salazars prized pupal rupp. centro traded his health and soul for a professional career and a slow as balls olympic Gold.
rupp like the east germans, will deny anything till his death, and he will also come down with some nasty health issues here in the coming years. the thyroid isnt the gland you really want to f*ck around with.
Yes, your super scientific study with an n of 1 is very convincing. My favorite part - "Why? Because when you think about this it makes sense." Brilliant discovery. No one has ever actually thought about it before. I'm glad you're here to think about it.
These comments about pericarditis are poison.
Pericarditis is inflammation (not even necessarily infection) of the lining around the outside of your heart. We don't usually have a great reason to explain what caused it in any single person, but is most often subsequent to viral infection (such as coxsackievirus), sometimes autoimmune diseases like lupus, kidney failure, secondary effects after heart attacks. In young health adults, the vast majority are caused by viruses. Hyperthyroidism (which can be illness or medication induces) can very rarely cause pericarditis, but typically not if you are VERY hyperthyroid - as in far more thyroid hormone kicking around in your body than would be beneficial in any way to an athlete.
People talking about IV drugs etc, that's endocarditis, totally different.
HCV is associated with sharing needles, poor hygiene with tattooing instruments, and transfusions of blood products prior to 1992 when they began screening the supply. It can also transmitted sexually.
All in all, I find it extremely unlikely that any doper would develop pericarditis from doping activities. Much more likely that he just picked up a virus and had a bad outcome.
I guess in one way you are correct, 100% of people with stents will die eventually. However, if at least 50% will die because of the stent (implied by the word ''probably"), that is going to be some great money for the lawyers out there.
clen can do this to your heart
Please ask the "know it alls" to leave you alone when your appendix bursts, you break your leg, or get in a car accident. You sound like a miserable person in general.
What type of pericarditis he claims to have? There is acute and chronic. And within the acute there is serous, fibrinous and serofibrinous, purulent, caseous, hemorrhagic (obviously not hemorrhagic) ? Within the chronic there is adhesive and constrictive.
Sorry, not buying the story yet.

That would be nice, but doctors can't be sued these days, so you're living in dreamland.

This is exactly why you don't go to doctors!!!!
They're extremely offended when you stop getting sick and get healthy.

Well "Dr. J" if he had a relatively mild case of pericarditis with minimal to no pericardial effusion, I'm going guess they didn't go and shove a needle in to assess the type of fluid and subclassify it.
Most people that have pericarditis get NSAIDs or colchicine and get better.
Sucks for Centro.
you're talking about endocarditis, not pericarditis. pericarditis most commonly after a viral infection although there is a whole list of other risk factors.

Not a doctro by any stretch of the imagination- just someone with common sense.

Help me out then. English is my 3rd language. I am Hungarian born, and schooled in Spain. I am a physician's assistant in Medford, Oregon. Teach me something. I'm certainly not above that. Incidentally, can you truly disqualify someone with the improper use of your/you're?
This is my favorite post in a long, long time.
I don't think you guys understand how serious pericarditis can be. In some cases it can cause heart failure (obviously that didn't happen to Centro). Running clearly raises your heart rate and easy running with a heart condition like that is impressive in itself, let alone trying to train. I highly doubt someone could be doping with a condition like that.
