Not that i want to start this myself anyttime soon but is such training as below overtraining:
imgin i am in 38 minute 10 k shape
and id do this simple week sessions for 10 weeks
in the week
morning recovery run 6 km
evening 6 km run at 4\'/km (a little bit faster then my 1:26 hm)
this while swimming 4 times a week
(after the heavy runs)
in the weekends one off day from running and one day off track interval(200\'s -400\'s)
would this be managable for medium mileage approach ???
