Just curious as to what Mihaly Igloi's training was like. I know it consisted of LOTS of intervals, but I am not really sure if it was intermittent training or more like speed year round (as Bob Schul said 70% high anaerobic). Does anyone really know how much volume consisted in a single workout or weekly workout? I've read that it is almost like Emil Zatopek training, but it is different in perhaps the speed spectrum (as Zatopek training was said to be around Aerobic or Anaerobic threshold training). I was also curious as to whether or not the recovery intervals would actually be recovery intervals (meaning 200M jog in around 2 minutes or FULL RECOVERY for the most part), or whether or not they would be just a slower speed (say 1; or 45" per 200M recovery).
